SUMMARY:
The purpose of this role is to work with the Financial Lines Team supervised by the Line Manager in order to develop the portfolio.

KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES
主要任务及职责
1.Risk Assessment, industrial and financial analysis, pricing and setting terms
风险分析、行业分析、财务分析、厘定条款和费率
2.Portfolio management (active portfolio management, maintenance and optimization, market analysis)
客户管理、维护，资源优化，市场分析
3.Support the annual business plan, budgets and forecasts in his/her product/portfolio responsibility.
协助完成年度业务计划、指标和预算
4.Relationship maintenance with brokers and market counterparties
客户、中介关系维护
5.Assist LoB Head on Compliance management
协助部门负责人进行内部合规管理
6.Assist LoB Head on Product management
协助部门负责人进行产品管理
7.Assist LoB Head on FL Operations management
协助部门负责人进行运营管理
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
1.University graduate with minimum 6 years working experience or Postgraduate with 4 years working experience.
本科六年以上工作经历，或研究生学历四年以上工作经历。
2.Specific economics, finance, accounting, insurance or law studies will be valued.
经济类、金融、财会或保险、法律专业优先。
3.Working experience in FL wll be preferred.
有金融险核保经验优先。
KNOWLEDGE:
1.Specific underwriting knowledge:
2.understanding of policy wordings.
3.understanding of the China market.
4.Knowledge of Financial and Investment Market as well as its regulatory and competitive environment.
5.User of Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
6.Working capability in English.
