KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) Management of Liability Claims: Oversea product liability and local public liability claims handling and management;
2) Ensure Compliance and Effective Management:Monitor claims to ensure well progressing, managed efficiently, and comply with all regulatory and Zurich Group requirements.
3) Claims Performance: key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve claims outcomes.
4) Customers Focus: Maintain a strong customer focus by providing necessary claims training and support to customers.
5) Business Support: Participate in and assist with marketing activities alongside Business Development and Underwriting teams.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
1. Standard education, bachelor’s degree.
2. Insurance, law related major preferred.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
1. Extensive Experience: 3-5 years of experience in liability claims handling, with a focus on overseas liability cases.
2. Excellent English Skills: Fluent in both spoken and written English.
3. Strong Communication & Customer Focus: Demonstrates outstanding communication abilities and a customer-oriented approach to work.
4. Resilient: Performs well under pressure and consistently delivers strong results.
