Summary:
Collaborates in providing the structure enabling the Legal function to operate efficiently and effectively. Supports in developing and facilitating consistent execution of the Legal operating model. Supports maintaining and provides input to enhance processes and procedures for the general operation of the Legal function and its related activities. Supports coordination of cross-functional processes and projects.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Review and comment on the policy workings and provide legal advice.
2. Review and draft contracts, agreement and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
3. Assist department head on relevant company governance management.
4. Provide timely, commercial orientated legal advice to enable the business to execute its strategic goals;
5.Conduct Integrity Concern investigation reported by employees;
6.Develop and implement Legal trainings in both CHO and Branch levels;
7. Support implementation of APAC and global legal projects within group-wide legal framework;
8. Other tasks assigned by department head.
Job Requirements:
1. University degree or equivalent required, PRC Bar is required.
2. 5 or more years of related legal working experience in Insurance Industry
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interaction skills.
