岗位职责:
1、Be positive to respond to all the enquires from the internal and external and responsible for the accuracyof claims data.
2、Actively handle the claim of international and local produced business, to ensure we provide our bestclaims service practice to our clients.
3、Support the line manager to provide the claims training/ internal case sharing based on the client needs.
4、Support the line manager/ function owner to collate the claims data and prepare the regulatory reports.
5、Refers to customer specific claims handling protocol and/or customer proposition service commitment toensure that we understand & fulfil the needs and expectations of our customers.
6、Obeys the Regulation and Zurich Group Claims related rules.
任职要求:
1、Bachelor degree with major in Legal will be a plus.
2、1-2 year relevant Claims working experience.
3、Good communication skills, strong sense of responbility and team work.
4、Recognise the benefit of providing excellent customer service.
5、Desire to learn and be flexible to different line of business.
6、Languages—Chinese and English.
7、Proficient in MS office applications.
