岗位职责:
1、New partnership development to meet the assigned sales target (Accident and Health insurance focus) and other KPIs (new leads generation, salesforce data/reporting accuracy, e.g.)
2、Proactive and holistic partnership pipeline management from targeting/prospecting, approaching, solution presentation and negotiation, onboarding to implementation
3、Partnership account (launched deals) management in terms of partner relations, internal and external coordination for implementation to make sure the onboarding process is smooth and actual production is in line with business plan/projections.
4、Priority is given to the partnership business in located geography with the responsibility to support other partnership opportunities where appropriate as part of the national partnership BD team
5、Understand the Company’ s operation procedure and ensure the partner operation are appropriately aligned with the Company procedure and compliance
任职要求:
1、Bachelor’s Degree or above from distinguished university;
2、The B2B Business development experience in insurance ecosystem, scenario solution or consultative selling experience is a plus;
3、Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with clients at senior level;
4、Professional use of English language, Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales pipeline management tool (salesforce) ;
5、Work independently with strong result driven and self-motivation attitude, meanwhile also work comfortably in diverse teamwork environment;
6、Accident and Health insurance knowledge is plus.
