岗位职责：
1、Conduct the collecting, consolidating, and reporting of distribution business information & data;
2、Build and maintain the distribution business dashboard for performance monitoring and tracking;
3、Assist the department head on distribution strategy making with analyzing of business data;
4、Keep a keen focus on updates and trends of technologies in insurance market and assists the department head to develop the digitalization plan for distribution;
5、Engage the implementation and optimization for distribution related tools, systems, applications and projects;
*Provide the support on distribution management operational works;
6、Support the daily and routine operational tasks assigned by department Head;
7、Support the AIG internal compliance audit and inspection initiatives according to CBIRC regulations and AIG policies/practices;
8、Support the operational related internal or external projects;
9、Support the distribution campaigns, including materials preparing, data tracking and progress following;
*Provide the support on regulatory works;
10、Support the regulatory auditing or inspecting programs;
11、Support the regulatory reporting works according to the regulatory requirements;
12、Support the formulation and maintenance of distribution policies and policy repository through studying of AIG policies, CBIRC regulations and other regulatory policies;
*Support on developing, organizing and facilitating for distribution related activities, e.g. the trainings, workshops, conferences and other market events, etc.
*Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers.
任职要求：
1、3+ years relevant working experiences, not limited to Insurance background, and Insurance or distribution background is preferable;
2、Experience in business data planning, consolidating, analyzing and reporting with some business intelligence tool, e.g. PowerBI, is preferable;
3、Demonstrated communication, analytical, organizational skills;
4、Detail orientated, organized with a strong commitment to following through;
5、Ability to manage and work on multiple tasks simultaneously and adhere to schedule;
6、Bachelor’s Degree is required;
7、Fluent in English.
