岗位职责:
1、Provide local support to staff in the south of China, such as on-boarding, probation, employment contract, domestic transfer, termination, retirement, leave;management documents submission, P-file management, certificates, various staff engagement activities, HR department BCP support, share folder maintenance, etc.
2、As HRPB, provide advice and support to the responsible business units to build competitive advantage, enhance organization performance and implement the business’ strategies;
3、Responsible for Employee Relations in China;
4、As Payroll of Contact (POC), coordinate with HRSS to ensure the smooth process/management of payroll and staff information in Workday, such as social benefits, Individual Tax, etc;
5、Provide local regulatory relevant support, including qualifications application for Senior Executives, Talent Awards in Guangdong and Shenzhen sponsored by government, ad hoc reports, etc;
6、Support external audit on payroll /social insurance /housing fund/local Individual Tax;
7、Support payroll administration for Expatriates, including work with Finance/Bermuda payroll team/Bank/Mobility team/Tax team/EY on payroll reports, debit notes, payment requests, IIT, assignment review, etc;
8、Responsible for the annual budget and accrual of human resources related items in accordance with the Company instructions;
9、Responsible for Staff Supplementary Provident Fund program, including enrollment, withdraw, payment, refund and IIT calculation etc;
10、Responsible for background check/employment verification for former AIG employees;
11、Provide full HR support to AIG Beijing representative office;
12、Ad Hoc work and projects as assigned;
13、Be compliant with company rules, HR policies, local labor contract law and regulations.
任职要求:
1、Bachelor degree
2、HR relevant experience in payroll and HRBP is preferred
3、Good data sense
4、Good command of English
5、Good interpersonal and communication skill
6、Customer Oriented and collaborative
7、Self-motivated person with positive attitude
8、Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
